Our key values of inclusivity, respect and development underpin all that we do and give us an ethical framework that guides our interactions within cricket and the community.
Our club aims to provide the best cricketing development possible for members of all ages. This approach is crucial to the long-term health of the club and is vital to our success and growth. We all share the responsibility for helping to develop others. While striving to win, we will always look to balance this with our responsibility to develop our team-mates and other club members.
We are a community focused club helping people to share a love of cricket, enjoy friendship and develop a shared sense of purpose regardless of ability, gender, age, ethnicity, disability, belief or experience. All are welcome.
We treat everyone with respect. This includes on the field with officials, opposition players and team mates, and off the field with all visitors to our club and our local community. We will not tolerate anti-social behaviour of any kind, intimidation, bullying, harassment or violence by anyone at any time.
